Dr. Hoshiar Nooraddin is a Norwegian Senior City Development Consultant. He holds PhD in Urban Design from NTNU in Norway.

Dr. Nooraddin has 30 years international experiences with various roles in academic and practical fields within architecture and urban design in Norway, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Iraq.

He has worked with all levels of city development including master planning, urban design, Environmental Impact Assessment, urban design guidelines, development concepts, outdoor spaces and architecture.

Dr. Nooraddin has also various publications related to topics within city development such as livability, urban sustainability, and heritage.
